RETURNS

Customer service is our priority at The Wright Vibes. All of our products are custom and made on demand. All sales are final.

We offer a hassle-free 30 day exchange policy in the following events: 
1. There is a defect in the material. 
2. There is a defect in the workmanship 
3. The wrong item was shipped and it was an error on our part.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Please contact our support team at support@wrightvibes.com  if any of the above issues apply to you. Be sure to include a picture of the defect and the packing slip. Note: You can only exchange an item for the same item as a replacement.

Please contact us BEFORE you ship your merchandise back.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Simply take a picture and attach it with your email.

Again, please contact us at support@wrightvibes.com BEFORE you ship your merchandise back. We have a process to ensure a smooth exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your replacement item will be shipped.

  • Downloadable software products 
  • Some health and personal care items

 

Shipping 
To return your product, ship-to address information will be provided from your customer service representative via email.

We will provide a shipping label to cover the return shipping cost. We will ship the corrected item once we have received the exchanged item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
